We represent home buyers only and therefore don't list or market properties for sale or represent home sellers.

However, we do offer a listing agent finder service for our buyer clients who have a home to sell that doesn't cost the buyer anything. We will research the sales data from the local MLS, Multiple Listing System, to find three agents who we feel could provide our buyer client with the best listing and marketing services. We will refer our buyer client to them to interview and choose the best option for them. The agent they choose will compensate us for our time by paying a referral fee from the commission that they earn. Our buyer clients get to use our expertise in locating a great listing agent for themselves as well as having the best buyer agent representing them on the buying side. After all, we know who the better listing agents are as we negotiate against them all the time. We know which ones do the best job representing their seller clients.
